I founded HomePrezzo in 2015 to automate videos and reports. The company’s historical founder biography records that origin.
ActivePipe acquired HomePrezzo in 2020. HomePrezzo’s acquisition announcement confirms the buyer; Inman’s contemporary coverage independently identifies Nathan Krisanski and Kylie Davis as the co-founders joining ActivePipe. This is a historical milestone, not a statement of my current role at either business.
ActivePipe’s product guide, updated 14 December 2023, describes connections to property-data accounts and CRMs to produce branded videos and reports. It documents the product; it does not attribute every later feature to me.
What this means for a KNIC engagement
This is evidence of a commercial product-building background. It is not evidence of a particular client’s savings, an acquisition valuation or a current vendor endorsement of KNIC.
For today’s implementation approach, inspect the KNIC-owned operating-stack note and the synthetic CRM failure-and-replay demonstration. Those are different kinds of evidence, labelled separately from this career history.
My background includes real estate; your workflow does not have to. KNIC scopes the administrative hand-offs around your existing systems. Your team retains its industry-specific decisions. We first establish what the current tools already cover, what remains costly and whether an implementation is justified.
